The conference registration fees include:

  • Access to all official conference sessions
  • Access to conference online proceedings
  • Presentation of up to two works for delegates and students
  • Publication of works in the CICE2023 proceedings
  • Coffee breaks from Monday through Wednesday
  • One admission to the conference banquet
  • One admission to the welcome reception on Sunday evening
  • IIFC membership (2023-2024)

Attendees of CICE 2023 must be aware that
a visa may be necessary to entry Brazil.

An invitation letter can be provided
by the conference organization under request.
Refund policy: delegates unable to attend may request a refund on or before May 23rd, 2023. A $100 administration charge will be charged. After this date, no refunds will be made. The refund policy will be updated periodically based on issues associated with the global pandemic.
